These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ace365 and all its users. By accessing the ace365app.cam website or mobile application, opening an account, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have voluntarily and fully knowingly accepted these terms.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

ace365 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus and suspend the account where there is misuse of bonus benefits, attempts to meet wagering requirements through strategic betting, or claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts.

6.1 Validity of Bets

All bets placed on ace365 are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed except in the case of a technical error. The outcome of any event or game is determined at ace365's sole discretion, and this decision is final.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace365 platform:

• Attempting to guarantee a profit by betting on both sides of an event (arbitrage).
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
• Using ace365 for money laundering or any unlawful activity.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is interrupted midway due to a server error, network outage, or other technical issue, ace365 reserves the right to make a decision based on the circumstances. This decision will be considered final.

7.2 Member-Initiated Account Closure

Any member may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the ace365 support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed — however, any bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
